Purchasing a property is costly and for most people, requires a lot of planning and saving. While there are many fees and duties which can apply the Western Australian Government also offers some grants and concessions.
The office of State Revenue (OSR) has released a new tool called the ‘Property buyers decision tree’. Simply input your circumstances and purchase details and it will tell you what you need to pay and what you may be eligible for.
