As a proactive firm we are always looking for new ways to help our clients.
We have found that sometimes, when offering software or technical support over the phone, it is necessary to remotely control the clients screen via their mouse. This allows the client to see what is being shown/discussed and also allows more clarity in their understanding.
We have partnered with TeamViewer to be able to provide this service. It is safe and secure and you control the connection. There is no cost to use the software.
Click on Download QuickSupport and follow through the steps below:
- When we are both ready to login, open on the downloaded document ‘CrossCorp-QuickSupport.zip’ and double click on ‘CrossCorp QuickSupport.exe’ to run the program.
- When the green button shows Ready to connect (secure connection), give your session code to us over the phone (this is a single use code).
- You will be prompted to allow CrossCorp to view and control your desktop. Click Allow to proceed.
- Once you are finished, we will close QuickSupport from our end and you can close QuickSupport from your end as well.
